Three steps, in this order.

We work out what you need
A conversation, not a questionnaire. What it has to do, who uses it, what it replaces, and what it has to talk to. If the answer is that you do not need us, we will say so.

We design and build it
You see it as it goes rather than at the end. Changes cost least while the thing is still being built, so we would far rather you spoke up early than politely waited.

We put it live
Domains, certificates, moving your existing content across, and checking it on the phones your customers actually carry — not just the newest one.
Keeping it running
This part has no end.
A site is not finished when it goes live. These are not stages you pass through, so they are not numbered.
Hosting
Somewhere fast and near your customers, backed up daily, watched so we hear about a problem before you do.
Maintenance and updates
New prices, a new member of staff, a new season. Send it over and it is done — or edit it yourself, if that is one of the things you asked for.
Support
A person who knows how your site was built, because they built it. No ticket queue and no first line reading from a script.
